Inquiries

Details you type into the inquiry form stay on your device until you choose to send them by WhatsApp or email. MWSoft uses them only to reply to you.

Accounts

If you have a login, MWSoft stores your username, name, email address, WhatsApp number, a password hash (never the password itself), and the time of your last login. Failed login attempts are recorded by IP address for 24 hours to limit abuse. A session cookie keeps you signed in until you log out or close the browser.
